Life Coaching

We believe the quality of your life is the quality of your relationships. This includes the relationship you have with yourself.

Kindred People’s life coaching program helps you get clear on your values, master your mindset and support you set and achieve your desired goals. You’ll work one-on-one with the founder of Kindred People - Georgia Grainger, and focus on gaining an expanded view of yourself, your strengths and talents, what is holding you back, and what you need more of to achieve your goals and desires.

Clients work with Georgia for a minimum of three months. You’ll begin with a complimentary 45-minute call where you identify blockages and define the goals you’d like to work towards in the coaching program.

Why training your mind is so important

Humans naturally only invest energy into what we believe will produce results. Therefore, when we believe something is not going to work out – even unconsciously – we sabotage our potential by taking half-hearted action. As a result, changing our inner dialogue and belief systems is central to creating change in our lives.

During the coaching program, you will do the inner work to develop a greater understanding of yourself, how you perceive yourself and the world. Before you can undertake any goals, you must first identify limiting beliefs or habits that are holding you back. You’ll then focus on developing patterns and habits to overcome these beliefs. These are habits that you can use in your everyday life, not only for the specific reason or goal you came to coaching for.

What is Coaching?

People often relate a life coach to a sports coach. We help people identify goals and how to achieve them, but it's much broader than that. Life coaching is the practice of helping someone evolve as an individual, helping people get to know themselves better, find direction, inspiration, and discover what's driving them. We believe transforming a goal or vision into reality is not just about the tangible resources available to you. It's about knowing how to maximise your courage, determination and creativity, which can amount to radical results. In the sessions, we explore parts of yourself through conversation, meditation and other self-reflection exercises.

Do I need to come to Coaching with a 'problem'?

No - you don't need to come with a challenge or a specific goal in mind. You can use Coaching as a means to build a greater sense of self. Coaching is about discovering all parts of yourself, honing in on your dreams and living your potential.

How long is a session?

A session runs for 90 minutes.

Do I need to commit to several sessions?

We work with clients for a minimum of six sessions (held bi-weekly for three months). Our Coaching is always paired with setting a goal or intention. From our experience, we have seen three moenths is the required time to bring about change and growth. We want to create long-lasting change and use several different frameworks and resources to support you achieve your goals or intentions, which is why we don't offer single sessions. Between sessions, you will put insights into action and practice, which will be discussed in the next session. The amount of sessions you require beyond the minimum six depends on the goals you want to achieve.
